Bomigo Hunib provides manufacturing services for essential oil containers, including custom glass bottles, droppers, packaging solutions, and related products. All services are subject to availability and our manufacturing capabilities.
Orders are processed upon receipt of written confirmation and required deposits. Pricing is subject to change without notice. Custom orders require detailed specifications and may involve minimum order quantities. Final pricing will be confirmed before production begins.
Payment terms are typically 30% deposit upon order confirmation with balance due before shipment. We accept various payment methods including bank transfers and letters of credit. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in individual agreements.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order complexity and current manufacturing schedule. We strive to meet agreed delivery dates but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including material shortages or force majeure events.
All products are manufactured according to industry standards and specifications agreed upon at the time of order. Quality control measures are implemented throughout the production process. Any quality concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Custom manufactured products are generally not returnable unless they fail to meet agreed specifications. Standard products may be returned within 30 days in original condition. Refund policies vary by product type and will be clearly communicated at time of purchase.
All designs, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. Custom designs created for clients become the property of the client upon full payment. We retain the right to showcase completed projects unless specifically requested otherwise.
Our liability is limited to the value of the specific order. We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Clients are responsible for ensuring products meet their specific regulatory and compliance requirements.
We respect client confidentiality and will not disclose proprietary information shared during the business relationship. Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request for sensitive projects.
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or material shortages.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved through appropriate legal channels within the jurisdiction of Penang, Malaysia.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
